At 5R Suites we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our guests. This digital guidebook will provide you with a helpful tool to make your stay more enjoyable. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.

CHECK IN
Check-in time starts at 4PM. Please contact us if you wish to check in earlier.

1) Arrive at the The Stadium Apartments and locate the lockbox (on the side gate by the front entrance in front of the lobby on N G St near diagonal parking area).
2) Use code [your code] to open the lock box and retrieve keys. This key fob can be used to open the front door to the apartment complex as well as all common areas.
3) Locate parking garage on N G St and use Garage clicker/fob to open the garage
4) Enter and locate [your stall] on [your floor] in the parking garage.
5) Locate the elevators and use key fob to unlock.

6] Head to [your floor] > [your room #]

GETTING IN
To open your room, press [your code] on the keypad. Once the lock flashes green, turn the bolt to unlock your door.
​
Whenever leaving the unit, lock the door by pressing the Schlage button on the keypad and turning the deadbolt while the light is flashing green.
​
All common access areas must be unlocked with the key fob so remember to take it with you when you leave.
PARKING
If you have paid for parking, the garage remote will be provided in the room to open the parking gate by the building.
Please only use your assigned parking. There is also free street parking along G Street if you do not wish to pay for garage parking.

Remember to keep your garage key with you when you go out as the gate closes.
CHECK OUT
To check out, please complete the following tasks:
1) Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and begin the cycle.
2) Place all keys – key fob(s), garage remote(s), mailbox key(s) – on the dining table or kitchen counter and take a photo. Once complete, you can simply leave the keys where the photo was taken.
3)Send us the picture of the keys as you depart to confirm that you have checked out.
