WHAT IS 5R SUITES?
5R Suites partners with luxury apartment communities to convert a portion of inventory into mid-long term furnished rentals. Our Suites are tastefully designed and catered to business travelers and the alike. Our guests enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, increased living space, ample privacy, full access to building amenities, and most importantly; the feeling of being home.
WHERE DOES 5R SUITES OPERATE?
5R Suites is Tacoma based but offers furnished apartments in throughout the Silicon Valley and the Seattle-Tacoma Area. Want 5R Suites in your city? Let us know!
IS THERE AN OFFICE WITHIN EACH APARTMENT BUILDING?
5R Suites has corporate offices in LA and Tacoma. However, we do not maintain offices within the individual apartment communities themselves.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?
There are no hidden or extra fees when you book with 5R Suites. Everything is all-inclusive!
ARE THE ROOMS CLEANED DAILY?
Our Suites are professionally cleaned every time a guest checks out, but in respect of your privacy, Suites are not cleaned daily. A housekeeping service may be easily arranged for a fee depending on your Suite size and cleaning type.
Our Suites offer an environment similar to home with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, HDTV, coffee-maker, toaster, and kitchenware, just to name a few. Your Suite is furnished with a queen-sized memory foam bed, efficient work-space, and you’ll have full access to building amenities such as gyms, spas, pools, or community game rooms.
DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
Yes! Did you know hotels and extended stays charge anywhere from $10-50/day to park? 5R Suites provides secure in-building parking for just $5/day or $100/month.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM, and check-out is anytime prior to 11:00AM. As we use a streamlined self-check-in process, a late check-in is not a problem!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?
For stays of 30+ days, you may book up to 1-year in advance. Shorter term stays are subject to booking windows and can usually only be booked if filling in between long-term stays up to 6 months out.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We know how plans can change. We've designed one of the most flexible cancellation policies in the industry designed for the unreliability of business-travel schedules.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
In most of our units pets are allowed for a one time fee of $500 per cat/dog. Breed restrictions may apply so be sure to contact us first to verify your pet's eligibility!

WHO WILL BE STAYING IN MY PROPERTY?
Nearly 90% of our bookings come from corporate travellers - mainly travel nurses on assignments or Department of Defense and State Department employees. We also cater to individuals who are displaced due to housing searches, vacation travellers, and sports teams.
