The Basics

CHECK IN

Check-in time starts at 4PM.

Please contact us if you wish to check in earlier.

Our streamlined self check-in is simple:

1) Arrive at the Napoleon Apartments

2) Locate the callbox on the left side of the main entrance

3) Type in [your code] to gain access to the complex

4) Head straight through the lobby to locate the elevators and head up to [your floor].

5) Unlock your door (see Getting In). Your mail key and fob will be inside your room.

GETTING IN

To open your room, press [your code] on the keypad. Once the lock flashes green, turn the bolt to unlock your door

Whenever leaving the unit, lock the door by pressing the Schlage button on the keypad and turning the deadbolt while the light is flashing green

PARKING

If parking, use the garage remote provided in the room to open the parking garage gate behind the building. Please use any free parking space available

The parking remote also doubles as your key fob throughout the building. You can use this to access the gym and common areas like the rooftop lounge and patio.

CHECK OUT

Check-out time is 11AM.

To check out, please complete the following tasks:

1) Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and begin the cycle.

2) Place all keys – key fob(s), garage remote(s), mailbox key(s) – on the dining table or kitchen counter and take a photo. Once complete, you can simply leave the keys where the photo was taken.

3)Send us the picture of the keys as you depart to confirm that you have checked out.

TRASH

Trash room is the same location on all floors as drawn out in Level 1. Simply bring your trash bags and recycling to be disposed of to the trash room and drop down the appropriate chute.
