The Basics

CHECK IN

Check-in time starts at 4PM.

Please contact us if you wish to check in earlier.

1) Arrive at the The Luke Apartments and locate the callbox by the entrance.

2) Use [your code] to open the door.

3) Proceed through the entrance and head through the lobby to the right of the stairs, where you will find the elevators.

5) Head to [your floor] and find your room #.

6) Enter your room (see Getting In)

GETTING IN

To open your room, press [your code] then the lock button on the keypad.

Whenever leaving the unit, lock the door by pressing the lock button on the keypad and listen to hear the bolt shut.

All common access areas and elevators must be unlocked with the key fob so remember to take it with you when you leave.

PARKING

If you have paid for parking, the garage remote will be provided in the room to open the parking gate by the building.

The parking garage is located behind the apartment on 165th Ave NE. Please only use your assigned parking. There is also free street parking around the area if you do not wish to pay for the garage.

Remember to keep your key fob/garage key with you when you go out as the gate closes.

CHECK OUT

Check-out time is 11AM.

To check out, please complete the following tasks:

1) Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and begin the cycle.

2) Place all keys – key fob(s), garage remote(s), mailbox key(s) – on the dining table or kitchen counter and take a photo. Once complete, you can simply leave the keys where the photo was taken.

3)Send us the picture of the keys as you depart to confirm that you have checked out.

If you order packages, you will be emailed a notification when your package has arrived containing details on how to retrieve the item from the secure package room.
