The Basics

CHECK IN

Check-in time starts at 4PM.

Please contact us if you wish to check in earlier.

1) Arrive at the Thea's Landing apartment parking garage (upper level). The upper garage is located by the BobaLust Cafe and connected to retail and restaurant parking.

2) Enter the upper garage and park in [your spot].

3)Locate the Thea's Landing apartment entrance behind the parking spots within the garage

4) Enter [your room #] into the callbox to unlock the door.

5) Locate the elevators and head to your room.

6) Enter the door code provided to enter you room.

GETTING IN

To open your room, press [your code] on the keypad. Once the lock flashes green, turn the bolt to unlock your door. The parking garage key fob and key will be located on the counter.

Whenever leaving the unit, lock the door by pressing the Schlage button on the keypad and turning the deadbolt while the light is flashing green

PARKING

If you have paid for parking, the garage remote will be provided in the room to open the parking gate by the building.

Please only use your assigned parking. There is also metered parking along Dock Street.

Remember to keep your garage key with you when you go out as the gate closes at night.

CHECK OUT

Check-out time is 11AM.

To check out, please complete the following tasks:

1) Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and begin the cycle.

2) Place all keys – key fob(s), garage remote(s), mailbox key(s) – on the dining table or kitchen counter and take a photo. Once complete, you can simply leave the keys where the photo was taken.

3)Send us the picture of the keys as you depart to confirm that you have checked out.

MAIL

Mail room is located on the ground floor across from the leasing office. Upon exiting the elevator, follow the signs on the floor to locate the mail room.

If you order packages, you will be emailed a notification when your package has arrived containing details on how to retrieve the item from the secure package lockers.

TRASH

Trash can be disposed of on each floor via chutes. If you have larger items to be disposed of, the trash room in the upper garage can be accessed using the code 50711.
