CHECK IN

Check-in time is from 4PM - 12AM. If you need to check-in earlier or drop off bags, please let us know and if possible we will be happy to accommodate.

Our streamlined self check-in is simple:

1) Arrive at the Brewery Lofts Apartment - there is a small inlet where you can temporarily park your car right in front of the main door

2) Locate the callbox on the left side of the main entrance

3)Select contacts and tap [your room #] and wait for door to unlock

4) Head straight through the lobby and make a sharp left turn to locate the elevators on your left side

5) Select [your floor] inside the elevator and enter your room (see Getting In).

CHECK OUT

To open your room, locate the lockbox hanging on the door handle and use [your code] to open the lockbox and retrieve your key fob.

Use the key fob to open your door by holding it against the lock touch pad until the light flashes green

The door automatically locks when closed, so be careful and be sure to keep the key fob on you.

PARKING

If you have paid for parking, the garage remote will be provided in the room to open the parking gate by the building.

Please use any free parking space available as there are no assigned spots. There are also free parking spots on C Street by Incline Cider (2nd floor).

The walking gate to access the parking lot can be opened with the keypad code: 2125.

CHECK OUT

Check-out time is 11AM. If you need to check-out later, please let us know and if possible we will be happy to accommodate.

To check out: Simply leave the key(s) on the dining table/kitchen counter and load the towels into the washer and start it before you leave.

If possible, send us a quick message when you leave so we can relay the information to the cleaners.

MAIL

Mail room is located on the ground floor. Upon exiting the elevator, follow the signs on the floor to locate the mail room.

TRASH

To access the trash room please view the labelled photos in the gallery above. You will need your room key. Exit the elevator on floor 2 and turn right. Walk down the hallway and go through the exit next to room 202. Out the door to your left, you will find the trash room (check gallery for images).
